I’m Mollie Scott — founder of Mollie Scott Hairdressing, colourist, stylist, educator, and all-round hair enthusiast.

After seven years working in the industry, I launched my business in 2020 with one clear goal: to create a salon experience that feels as personal as it is professional. I now specialise in bespoke colour, precision cutting, and tape hair extensions, with an emphasis on results that feel effortless, lived-in, and tailored to each individual.

I’ve always loved the way hairdressing blends creativity, connection, and confidence. It’s not just about the colour or the cut — it’s about how you feel when you leave the chair. Whether it’s a complete transformation or a subtle refresh, I want every client to feel like the best version of themselves.

I bring over a decade of experience, a detail-focused eye, and a calm, grounded approach to every appointment. I’m also a big believer in ongoing education and growth, which is why I’m currently developing masterclasses to help other stylists refine their own skills with confidence and clarity.

Outside of the salon, I’m a lifelong music lover, a singer-songwriter (yes, that was me on The Voice UK in 2020), a charity shop devotee, and a firm believer in good food and better wine.

Above all, I love what I do — and I’m so grateful to every client, student, and supporter who’s helped build this journey so far.

I came to Mollie with concerns about my hair weakening or becoming damaged due to having colour treatments, but ever since Mollie has been doing my hair, I honestly can’t believe how amazing and healthy the condition of my hair is, even when she’s applied bleach! Welcome to my salon — a peaceful, private space tucked away in my garden at home in Widley, Hampshire.

I created this space to feel calm, comfortable, and completely yours while you're here. It’s quiet, light-filled, and designed with a mix of soft textures, thoughtful details, and a little greenery to help you instantly relax. Whether you're here for a cut, colour, or consultation, I want you to feel looked after from the moment you walk in.

It’s not a busy high-street salon — it’s more personal than that. Just you, me, and beautiful hair done in a space that feels like a little retreat.
